Privacy & Confidentiality
Amanda is required to follow the professional, legal and ethical guidelines of the National Association of Social Workers and the state of Colorado. In general, everything the client/s and Amanda discuss will be kept confidential. Amanda has a legal and ethical obligation to protect your privacy.

There is the possibility of harm to the client or to another person
In cases of child or elder abuse
Court order
